One Night Stand

Snow loves the branches of trees,
and covers them,
like a lover,
who when the sun rises,
melts away like a one night stand,
who can't take the warmth,
that comes with the light.
Melted snow flakes fall like tears,
when the night comes as it will,
the naked trees form to ice,
waiting for the light to fade,
for the snow to fall into their arms again.
