One Night More Missing You

Every second in a minute,
Every minute in an hour,
Every hour in a day,
And every day in my life,
I just keep missing you.

It took a second for us,
to depart from one another.
Now how do I tell you,
How much I love you?
Can’t believe I need to spend…
One night more missing you

My dreams have vanished
My life has become still.
You’re the only one I love,
That space no one can fill.
You wouldn’t know,
How much I crave for you.
Can’t believe I need to spend…
One night more missing you

What a blessing we have in PoetrySoup. A place to come to write and read and make new friends along the ink trail. I am wishing you a day full of inspiration. I enjoyed reading your poetry today and hope to read many more written by you in the future Caroline. Love, Carol
