One More Time

One More Time

My heart and home, so empty now
My love for you, forever I vow
How It would be so sublime
Just to see you one more time

One more time just to hold your hand
One more time for the things we planned
One more time to see your warm smile
One more time for you to stay awhile

Emptiness fills my heart and soul
Will I ever again feel truly whole
The loss of life, no reason nor rhyme
Wanting to hold you close one more time

One more time though it can never be
One more time no matter how I plea
One more time left only with your legacies
One more time in my dreams and memories
