One More Good Day

My Best Friend of 35 years was taken by Lung Cancer 2.5 years ago One more Good Day I wish we could've had just one more good day. There are so many things I still need to say. God brought us together after all of those years. I never thought it would end with all these tears. I know you're still with me you just can't be seen. I feel it when you smile down on me, Because it brightens everything. I can picture you there in your Heavenly Home. Your eyes sparkle with excitement and your pain is all gone. You're walking on streets of gold beside the crystal sea. Side by side with Jesus You're watching over me.
