I take a lot of medication and sometimes think they do more harm than good but they must be doing something right as I am still here.(hence the poem)

Excellent look at PILLS, Shirley. Funny, I take a handful every day, but some folks take one or two a day and are considered an addict. "Better Living Through Chemistry" is my motto!

I wrote this as I was feeling a little out of sorts when my husband John brought home my meds from the chemist. 14 pills plus I have to use prescription drops every half hour and eye cream nightly. You have my sympathy Milt and I understand and agree with your motto. Hope you are having a good day to day... Thank you for the placing in your contest, I enjoyed writing it... Look after yourself.
