One Man One Woman
A Man A Woman.
A Man and Woman are born made of love
To replenish the earth and in appreciation
For Life's gift and kindness of creation
Worship God above
A Man or Woman alone
Is just an island lost at sea
Two missing pieces of a Jigsaw puzzle
To complete a picture
Of how things should be
Two halves yet apart
That one day is destined
To make a whole complete
Of one mind
One soul
One heart
Writers and contributor's together
To their personal book of life
Paragraphs of both sorrow
And delight
Filling in spaces the other
May yet not see
With appreciation caring trust honesty
And monogamy
As they bloom to maturity
Roots entwined as hearts
Deep under firm ground
Nourished by a strong friendship
Bathed in undying loving tenderness
And purity
Ironing out the wrinkles
Together
Sailing uncharted seas
Under temperamental weather
Reaching for the sun
When there is none
One complete
Until death
Has come.
