One Less Zero

Last night I left the TV on, watching me until the morn

Losing so much sleep at night, just so I would know your flight

Is landing safe and right on time, Baby you’ve been on my mind

The last time you were in my arms, you warmed me like a firestorm….

Been waiting for a month or two, just to grab a hold of you

Been dealing with this time share, but baby I don’t really care

As long as you can find the time, then baby I don’t really mind

Can’t wait until I lay you down, in your favorite night gown!

If there was one less zero between us,

Then all the loneliness would just leave us,

And you would never have to fly 1000 miles,

Just so I could see you and enjoy your smile

If there was one less zero between us,

Every second is just to please us,

And you would never have to fly 1000 miles

just to hold me close and look into my eyes…

Whenever you come into town, I know that you aint messn round

All I think about is you, cuz forever is a day or two

Im sitting in the parking lot, waiting for the rain to stop

And I know I’m gonna see you soon, so I reserved our favorite room….

In a moment I know you’ll be here, raindrops hiding all my tears

I planned all day to look my best, just so I could get undressed,

Praying that you never leave, my heart is hanging off my sleeve

Just so I can let you know , that I never want to let you go…
