One Heartwarming Wish
D-elightful wish I make
I-s truly heartwarming;
A-llow the pain to fade,
N-ow that the ache is
E-nding.
C-heerful words I write
A-re waking you from slumber;
L-et the sorrow stay away
I-n twenty-fourth November.
B-lack shadows and haze
O-f the night slowly vanish;
S-imple verse gladly makes
O-ne heartwarming wish.
