One Dream
Another year, another dream
It's so close it makes me want to scream
As I sit back and take it all in,
My eyes are open to what is about to begin
My sins are my worst enemy
because God is always in me
Through these shadows I must walk,
to find the silver lining,
this must be perfect timing
for the bright light to find me
Forever more I want this opportunity
to seek destiny, greatness, immortality
but hey, this is just my reality
