One Candle To Another

A flame transferred from one candle to another A moment's hesitation then each looks like the other A loving mother passes wisdom on to her daughter She too lingers 'til the flame is lit of what she taught her

In order to discover, first, one must explore. Second hand wisdom is rarely appreciated and usually forgotten. I do love the concept of transferring a flame. However i think there is something inside of us which makes us want to learn from our own experiences. Failure is the best teacher. Nicely scribed, Gershon.

Perhaps you'll have a moment to re-read this one, Daniel. It's all about sticking around to support s/o until she is on her feet/the flame is lit. As for exploring, of course. Thanks, Gershon
