Once Lost

The wind whirls a fallen leaf away,
It violently rolls towards the others like you it has finally found it’s place,
A fragile heart once lost in the deepest ocean, finally found me and we could never be separated, never be broken, Our hearts are twined together like a star joint to the night sky, like the clouds that guide the rain, held so gently, A delicate cloud that cures pain.

Welcome to Soup Your verses form is Free Verse or Verse, a great set of 6 lines which would be perfect for my 6 line contest. If you are a non-prememium member please make a note at the bottom of your verse I am trying to highlight new members. I look forward to reading more of your work. Light & Love
