Once Around the Sun Anniversary
“I love you,”
We said it a year of times
As love is aged
The more it’s prime
Every last one means more
Than the first time said
Our love, we grew to adore
As our hearts stay red
Journey around the sun
We make mistakes, and we learn and take
In for the better, and improve for the best
And always enjoy the life we make
I hug, you hug
I kiss, you kiss
I love, you love
With bliss that can be miss
Life is filled with burdens
And incomprehensible fun
We learned a lot about life together
Once around the sun
