Once a Sister
Don’t pity me
with warped perspective,
don’t litter your
Fool-oughts on others
“I know He’s got his head”.
But his dreams are unacceptable,.
You Assume the worst and dread,
prejudice views, you look a fool,
Haven’t seen for years, nothing said.
Believe I’m evil and sinister,
stuck that way, it’s all I think,
Looked out for you like a sister,
Those days gone, broken link.
One time once I was on drugs,
shaped your opinion,
since then me you shrug,
Like One day once is my permanent place
making sure you keep your space.
Years go by and we’re estranged,
It’s all different but one thing ain’t changed,
who you think I am stays the same,
But now all you really know is my name.
You think my mind is off the richtar,
You don’t know anything about me,
Nothing new, you’re friends don’t either,
And all I know are the memories I see.
You think I’m messed up,
Cus for a short time I messed up,
I can’t control my actions or mind and the result
I'm a madman liability forever in your thoughts.
6 years I reckon since I could be seen heard and judged,
A few messages off my head creates a view that won't budge,
That’s just insulting really,
Don’t judge me when you’re not near me.
In the past now, just a rear,
You don’t know me now,
let’s make that clear,
You don’t know me now,
As we’re not near,
You don’t know me now,
Is that clear!
Nothing but love for the past,
Memories I treasure,
Paths now end at last,
Separated, by a new adventure.
