On Top of a Mango Tree

Upon a hill, on top of a mango tree
There I wrote my poetry
Under the scorching sun that pierces the leaves
Trying to dig the thoughts under my sleeves

Sky was blue and wind was high
All around, the wild bees fly
The birds sang a melody
Like a sublime rhapsody

Nice. I recollect my climb on mango trees in hot summer days. I went to pick up ripe mangos. Lol,
