On This Same Page
I open this book,
book of my life.
I wanted to know my end,
and I feel like I've should have waited.
I am blessed,
I am the luckiest guy in this world,
To have someone,
Like Her.
Shes there when I need her,
showed me love.
She put a smile on my face,
and fixed my broken heart.
She helps me
to keep track.
She helps me
to keep surviving.
Oh I'm afraid of losing her,
Like I've lost so many others.
Oh I wish we were older now,
so we can do things we want.
But I know now,
that she's really who she says to be.
And it wasn't just a cover,
to get close to me.
At least we both know,
we are on the same page.
Just hope and pray,
our hearts will be together.
