On the Road

The road of marriage has hill and valleys.
mountains and oceans to see and explore.

Be sure to carry in your knapsack
the water of love
enough understanding to feed you both,
the glasses of faithfulness,
the medicine of God's word, and a new pair of shoe,
laced with sincerity
and constructed with trust.
