On Soft Clay

Preferable is for Man, on

Soft clay, his opinions to write,

For

Easy to erase them will be

When the truth he finds!

Your thoughts enter our hearts and sting us with the reality of their weight, as you kiss our souls with the truth of your words. Emile.

Your comment, dear Emile, is a poem in itself that obliterates my humble writing! Thank you!

Hopefully when he finds the truth he will write it upon his heart so that it will never be forgotten. I enjoyed pondering stone and clay this morning my friend.

Yes, it is good dear, nette, to do so in the case of opinion but as long as the truth is concerned, I think, there is no halfway. There is only knowledge or ignorance! Don't you think? Thank you so much, for visiting!

What a thought. Maybe that's why the Ten Commandments were etched into stone, so they couldn't be altered. I enjoyed the wisdom of this epigram ... we would do well to understand the difference between opinions and truths!

Yes, my friend Timothy, this is what was meant writing on stone: That what was written, should never be altered! Man however should not do this for he is not wise, as our Lord is! Thank you for your feedback!
