On My Mind

You're the first thing,
On my mind when I wake.
You're the last thing,
On my mind before I sleep.

In my dreams you're there,
Holding me as I cry.
You look into my eyes,
And kiss me so deep.

You tell me softly,
That you'll never leave me.
I know you mean it,
It feels so right and true.

You're the first thing,
On my mind when I wake.
Every face I see each day,
Reminds me of you.
