Dear Keith, Fabulous poem!.Your writing is fantastic.( I just read 2 other of your poems, couldnt decide which to comment on first, lovely they are)But what especially made me smile,is because I can somehow relate. For 6 years I worked as a cosmetician,(In Victoria) And for 3 years here,(In kelowna)As a cook(Not chef though)I have never read a poem with the 2 combined, but you did so well,Delicious!.Best wishes,Tracy.
