On Angel Wings

On angel wings

On angel wings I can rest,
Rest my weary head;
On angel wings I know that
I am safe, safe always;
So peacefully and blessed... 
      (I am blessed...)

And your grace,
It enfolds me,
I just want you to
Hold me;
Don't ever leave me,
'Cos clearly I need you...
        (I need you...) 

And your grace,
It enfolds me,
Your grace
Makes me whole, 
       (It makes me whole...) 
And I become whole, 
       (Whole again...) 
And my blessings never end... 
        (They never end...) 
(end chorus)

On angel wings I can fly, 
Fly free to be as God's fated;
On angel wings I could die, 
My soul enters heaven's gated... 
       (And my soul is saved...)
My soul is saved...
        (I am saved...)

On angel wings I am free, 
Free to be with you;
On angel wings I am new, 
New to all it brings...
