On a Rainy Day

Rain drops falling on the ground.
Making everything drown.
Giving everyone an ice cold chill.
Surrounding tree leaves like a frill.
The rain drops racing down my window,
But changing their way as the wind blows.
Leaving their diamonds behind.
Meanwhile, I praise their beauty in my mind.
A I look up I see,
The black clouds taking over the sun shine kingdom.
I wait for the time when all creatures will have their freedom.
But after all, it's in the hands of mother nature,
so I'll take this sight as a favor.
