On a Date

Tick tock
 The time
 Going to rock.
 One minute we
 Are together
 The next we are apart
 The clock chimes 12
 All is well
 We dance all around
 With out making a sound.
 Now in a flash
 Look the clock says
 Four o'clock on
 Your dash.
 Tick tock
 Hurry kiss me good bye
 As the tears roll down
 My eyes.
As we walk hand in hand
 To your car
 I wonder if I will
 Ever see you again tomorrow.
 When we met this
 Was not the plan
 I don't know how much
 More I can stand.
 Someday you will be
 Somebody I use to know.
 Tic tock
 The time Going to rock.
