Omnipresent
Omnipresent
The Heavens declare His greatness;
And the magnitude of nature, His handiwork
The birth of a child,is the miracle of miracles.
By this we know, There is a God.
But put me in a room;
Alone, in total darkness.
Darkness as complete and black;
As eternity is long and mysterious.
Let me hear nothing and see nothing.
Let me taste nothing and touch nothing.
Destroy my sense of time and depth.
Then leave me totally alone.
Then tell me there's no God.
But even in the darkness and loneliness,
He will be there.
I can think, I will be aware of myself.
Because I know I am, I know He is.
Because I can precieve the darkness,
the lonliness, and the silence.
I know He is.
Because I am within myself a total, complete being.
Apart from all that is around me.
Because I exist, I know there is a God;
And I can talk to him.
