Older Jealous

Why do I get myself trapped
In feelings like this?
I want you to know that what you
Think is okay
And I hope you understand
Why I keep falling for you?
I don't know
Secrets told, secrets kept
Some bound to escape the pierced tongue
And hide in my head
I cradle my thoughts to sleep
But none appear in the dream
I wonder how you can wake me
Without light to see
People joke and mess with your head
My head too, but some I hope is true
I wonder how I'll be able
To get this through
Until then I'll just have to
Wonder how many more times
I'll fall in love with you
