Old Stories

It’s the old stories I know well
Remembering the characters On whom I dwell
Sitting down and lookin west
At sundown is what I love best

I reminds me of the choice I made
Thinking then don’t be afraid
For at the time it seemed so true
So very confident of what to do

So stories are what’s left to hold
Sip your beer and the story’s told
Sometimes laughter is needed
Remembering the old times not impeded.

Aw, all of us find pleasure in reminiscing about how things were long ago..."old times not impeded." Nice.
