Marty Owens Poet Rhyme

Old St. Nick

This is written and dedicated to Deborah Guzzi and is sung to the tune of "It Came Upon The 
Midnight Clear"  I've already entered your contest but here's another one for you to sing.

The man I'm singing about today,
       Is special in every way.
He brings the toys to girls and boys,
       and rides around in a sleigh.

His sleigh is led by eight flying deer,
       It's only one night of the year.
This man we will give such great applause,
       because it's old Santa Claus.
