Old Macdonald Had a Form
Each of the poetry forms,
In its own unique way,
Examining an idea, informs
Its opportunities for a nuanced expression or play;
Others, from the imposition of their norms, variations, say.

All of which is a fun way to say that the form that you select to describe something matters: a haiku and a sonnet are going to describe the same thing in different ways. Duh!
