Old Dog of Mine

Here's to you
Old dog of mine
I watched you grow old
With the passing of time
So small yet so brave
Thank you old dog
For the love that you gave
I can see your big eyes
And your 'I just ate' chin
In the midst of my sorrow
I can't help but to grin
Alone in the house
I sit down in our chair
And think of the years
That you and I shared
You were more like my kid
Old dog of mine
You'll be in my heart
'Till the end of time

Oh we do LOVE our pets!!! Yes unconditional love and we keep asking for more from life, sometimes humans can be the most "gimme" peoples. Hugs to you! There another pup waiting for you. Light & Love
