Old and Cold

Another story
One so bold
Big bucks were made
Deals bought and sold
Met a lady
Turned out shady
Took my cash
My life turned trash
Tried to get a second start
Even pushed a hot dog cart
Fast quick bucks had brought me down
Watched my ex-wife steal the town
Living in a one room flat
Table, chair and old floor mat
Watching all the "suits" go by
I see my past
And start to cry
Just feeling now so very old
A hopeless soul
Out in the cold
