Old

look back to when you were young
think about what you have become
have you changed or are you the same
have you grown from your pain

you used to long to be old
dreamed of never to be told
longed for a life of your own
your place you can call home

but look at us now
time just seemed to slip but how?
half your life all ready gone
now your running but what from

are afraid to get old
being old has lost it's hold
has changed the way we think
are we already on the brink

the young long to be old
but it soon loses it hold
we release it is not all fun
to know what we were and what we have become
