Ol'Country Sounds

OL'COUNTRY SOUNDS

My kind of music is those ol'country sounds.
Their words of life and those things all around.

The great music of Merle Haggard,George Jones.
Their very blusey voices and swaggard tones.

The beautiful Lorretta Lynn and Patsy Clyne.
Listening to their music with a glass of wine.

All the new music is full of soul.
But there's nothing like country Ol'.

James Foulk April 12, 2011 at 8:30 PM I love the old country stars i saw all of them during the 50's and 60's and into the 70's. George Jones had a flat top the first time i saw him, the only one i never saw was Hank Williams. this was a great poem really enjoyed it.
