Oh My Picture

Why are you running on me?
I had a very beautiful picture for people to see.
This picture is something I thought would always be.

Why are you running for this is really a bother.
The reason I have pictures taken are so I can remember how 
My children physically change from one year to another.
The photo I am looking at had all my children together.

Why are you making my picture fade?
I can't even remember the day only the year it was made.
That's why just the picture it's self was as precious as jade.

Why are you running on my memories?
Oh! Watercolors running there's nothing to see.
Why couldn't you just let my picture be?
