Offerings
it all bubbles forth
like uncorked champagne
the sun breaking through
after days of endless rain
and I'm feeling it all
from one simple text
I want it all--
all that comes next
I hold it close
and wrap it around
my heart's inner wall
and all that surrounds
I whisper a prayer
to the heavens above
that what you are offering
is the offering of love
