Of Twilight

A word, within a reach
and it faces the shadow
o’ misty years, daring

the laughter o’ now. A
resplendent kiss speaks
to nature, tinged with

esoteric gloss o’ twilight,
link ‘tween day and night
that seems so much alike,

‘neath my scented feet,
against ebbing throb o’
love me, or love me not

aspect o’ breathe and its
sensual glow commands
my skin and a countless,

dancing tingles are born,
from roots o’ mine bloom
just to sweep thy sorrow.
