Those natural bumps in the road
called mistakes are a part of life
They are the greatest of life lessons.
Yes, we must make mistakes,
and we in fact make them every day.
They're necessary; they remind us
that we're human.
We need them to grow
We need to imbibe them
and gain infinite wisdom from them
They present themselves sometimes
On a subconscious level.
It's best not to dwell on them.
Came to terms with the ones made
in the past and forge ahead
to the future.
let them stay and rot
in your rearview mirror.
Here's an incontrovertible truism.
There are much more mistakes to be made.
The quicker we move on from it,
the better. We live and we learn.
My mistakes give me perspective.
I'm a better, wiser man as a result.
