Ode to the muse

Ode to the Muse

I wished for a star
One lonely night
My wish was
To meet true love
Worth loving
For death and life
Many days have passed,
Tears welled up in my eyes
My wish suddenly came true
With that imploring request
Sweetheart, it was you

Oh my God ,
In simplicity is so much truth
Salvation is to be your muse
For your poetry
Love you passionately

At first glance,
From the first moment
I laid my eyes on you
Inexorably relentless
Flood of initial emotions
At the whim of confusion
You won my heart without doubt
I saw you and I asked you out
I don’t even know how
All transpired into
A lovely delight
Our togetherness
Turned into a blessed mess
Of Joy and Happiness
Thank you for all of me accepting
Regardless of my offerings
I promise I will cherish you forever
I’ll persevere with you all the way
As life will go every day

The more I see you my love
The more I fall for you
With each passing day
My love has only grew
Since the time I met you
I knew it was you
The reason why I breathe
You’ve been my only clue

Thanks for coming into my life
And giving me reason for smile
I always glow when you are with me
Radiate non stop since you exist in me
All the time neverendlessly
Baby I love you more than me
