Ode to Life
Remember me as the years pass by
Do not be saddened
Don’t even cry
For I am near
Not far away
And we shall meet
Again some day
Remember me as I rest in my grave
I thank you my friend
For all the love that you gave
You stood by me and always was there
You showed me how a true friend cares
All that love me
Keep your love so near
Always remember me
And know that I’m here
In your heart is where I want to be
When you think of blue skies think of me
