Dear precious parakeet, Cheesesteak, how nature has betrayed your life! Though you were sheltered, it would take that life away through pain and strife. Sometimes, domestic pets like cats retain their primal urge to hunt; their victims, like those birds and rats become the martyrs of their stunt. Your owner's heart's now broken too in having loved both cat and bird. But there is so much one can do when nature's instinct is preferred. So dearly missed now every day- dear precious parakeet, please know that while you lived, all did convey- your dear, kind human loved you so.
