ODE TO A ROSE
Oh! Graceful Rose,
Even when your lips are closed,
I feel very close to you,
I feel you too are close to me.
Oh! Graceful Rose,
Even when my eyes are closed,
I can smell your fragrance in my breath,
I can see your eyes winking like a fish in a net.
Oh! Graceful Rose,
Even when your eyes are closed,
I can hear your silence through my heart’s woes,
You too can feel my love through your beauty which was why I admire you from close!
Oh! Graceful Rose,
My words are still close,
But I cannot tell you whom as a mate I chose,
Even when you are to me and I am to you now- Very Close!
