Odds and Ends
A little poem overnight
Awake and still right here
Past the time you shut your light
My thoughts of you stay near
The dreams I have do not depart
They never go away
But that's just fine by me sweetheart
I'll dream of you all day
And night, and week, and month, and year
Until such time may be
That I won't have to anymore
Because you'll be with me
