October Eve

I fell in love one cold lonely October eve,
Autumnal equinox as the moon did thieve…
I fell to my knees below the October sky,
Full of daunting desires not knowing why…
I threw kisses amidst the frigid October air,
Harvesting embraces within the fanfare.
