Ocean Serenity

Sitting on a blanket watching ocean waves, Pleasantly drunk while the sun warmed our faces. Toes touching, shoulders touching , lips touching, Fingers entwine as heartbeat races. All serious thoughts banished from our minds Leaving tender serenity that love encases.

What is it about the ocean that makes love even more grand? I love the last line in this poem. I also love the thoughts that have been banished from the minds. The joy of being together as one. Really wonderful poem!
