Afroze, had this been for the contest? I don't see any congrats here, but I have an idea what may have happened. I did not notice this the first time I saw it, but you have repeated "a few" in line two, and if not for that, I think it could have been a winning ocean haiku,

this is a really lovely haiku for the contest. Sorry you missed out on my faves list, my friend! Keep the title of your poem I faved in your mind in case I open up that contest again.
