O' Say Can You See
O' say can you see
the unity in me
from ambers waves of grain
to zambia bearing ten different names
from sea to shining sea
to the mountains of Fugi
unity is for me
O Lord I thank thee
I thank thee
from a boy to the man
someday I hope he'll understand
that unity comes with a brand
o such a different kind of brand
so I thank my lucky stars
even from this land so far
that my ears were ajar
and let unity be my driver by far
so stand up and show your fellowman
that unity can come from even a smaller man
playing on fields of dry sands
giving it their all that they can
standing and saluting to a cups stand
winning it all for their country's land
