A hard working soul
Three jobs at a time took toll
Yet he lives in joy

Jeremiah, Nice write- As a child, the son of the Cuban leader that had to flea to Spain when Castro took over was my neighbor. His name sounded like Bautista. They left much behind to safely start life over. I used to climb a tree and practice Spanish with one of the girls. Maria Alena was her name. (I think) I moved away in 1967. Sometimes I think about them and wonder where they are and how they are. It's amazing what a few words will bring up. Thanks for the memory. Lovingly, Dane

Sometimes those who stay the busiest are the happiest, Jeremiah. This poem could have been written about my father. Never complained about working so hard, but he sure knew how to have fun in his free time. Very nice! Love, Carolyn
