Numbness

If  we have our heads
Sleeping on our arms
A tingling numbness
Spreads through our hand

Its uncomfortable 
We shake our hand
Till the feelings gone
Then we return to sleep

Darlene, so true it is. We can also see by the comments that many of us (including yours truly) experience numbness as a result of being in a certain position. It seems to happen a lot. It's likely a message not to be too sedentary.
