Now She Sleeps

Now she sleeps,
Her head on a white silk pillow
Her soft brunette curls
Framing her pretty face
Now relaxed and at peace
A soft glow still on her cheek
Contentment around her eyes
A subtle smile about her lips

Thanks Leo - I left it so the reader can chose if she awakens or not. Regards Paul

A very nice write...it would have been quite interesting had you included a concluding line indicating something like: "Now she sleeps, and will never waken..." (Mordant, I know.) Good work!
