Driven by fear of yesteryear Forgetting we lived through Hardships, disasters, calamity Nature brought on queue Though those times were difficult Hope we had reserved Light had beamed from joy we dreamed Blessings had been served Count your blessings Say thank you for all the greater sent To be happier in life; Decreasing discontent Build up by leaving be All we can’t control To shape ones bed and rest ones head To nurture deep ones soul Will only form us stronger Throughout such filth and bile Returning to the now of new Solely is worthwhile For great is life in this space On this world-Respect When living in the moment We reaped rewards correct.
