Now I Understand
I finally understand it Lord though it's taken many years
Through the ups and downs of life and a river full of tears
It's becoming clear to me when I wanted to give up
You would still my spirit and fill my empty cup
Now I know the reason you never let me go
You wanted me to survive so multitudes would know
No matter what the circumstance we can rise above
As we let you carry us on your wings of love
Where you will lead us to a place & make us lie down and rest
And remind us gently you always know what's best
Thank you Lord for using me to let your light shine through
I pray you will be glorified as I minister for you
