Need not look back
Yesterday is gone
Hope for tomorrow
To come along
A tick of time
To quickly endure
The moment of now
Is only for sure
Dwell not in the past
Thoughts of yesterday
Create the best times
With the gift of today
Each new moment
Is better than before
So waste it not
Worry no more
Fill every new breath
With praise and joy
To share with others
And to self employ
As long as we are here
And making it somehow
Energy should be focused
On the moments of now
